We are having a wonderful time with my mom. She is doing a lot of reading to the kids and is a big help for me around the house. Our friend Alice visited for close to a week. Mom and Alice are always quick to ask God to join us, so we spent a lot of time in prayer.
We feel a new determination in us to build community with our midwives with the common goal of loving our patients. We just hired a new midwife. Her and her husband are from some of the tribes here on Mindoro and they traveled about 4 hours one way for the interview. We are excited for them to join our team!
We are looking forward to the arrival of Steven and Susan and then soon after Joe and Kristin.
We thought that we should post some pictures so you can see what we are up to and see the changes in the kids, especially our little Nasira:)

It wonderful to have new pictures, looks like things have turned around and are on the up swing. So wonderful to hear that your Mom is having such a wonderful time with you and your family. What a great way for her to see what it is you guys are so passionate about, and for her to spend time with the girls in their home.
