We enjoyed a celebration breakfast out on the seaside Sunday morning as our clinic is now officially open.  Some projects remain on going there so it is fun to see the guys share their construction space with laboring moms.

 We threw a party for the construction workers and their families.  This is Maiya helping cook one of the two pigs we roasted.

The girls also enjoyed our breakfast out as the sipped their hot chocolates by the poolside.  They have been gracious over the last few weeks as we have had some interesting last minute lunches and dinners.  The favorite being a can of tuna, rice and a can of SloppyJoe sauce.  We often forgot to prepare anything then would pull some creative things out of the cabinets and throw them into a pot!
