Jumping in
We have so far been getting caught up on sleep and figuring out how to shop, ride the little tricycles, keep the ants away, fight off heat rash ect... Tomorrow Theresa will be attending prenatals, just to observe. She is welcome to start attending births anytime, but there are no birth scheduled for the month of april as the midwives are taking holidays. So she will be focused on book work. In May the clinic will be back in business! Theresa has been connecting with Sarah Anne (a midwife who has been here two years now) and also with Eva Fast who is a canadian and has lived here with her husband and two kids for 8 years. They all seem like wonderful people and we are looking forward to getting to know them. We are loving the set up here as our houses all share a common area, it feels like the ideal environment to experience good community. We do laundry at the same times and are always around people, but have the option of kicking all the kids out of the house and hiding out for awhile. We are finding the constant noise a little interesting, especially the all night yelping dogs/roosters/cats. I think someone would have a great business if they could stealthily do away with loud night time animals. All in all we are loving it here and looking forward to jumping into things. We would love prayer for ease in language learning, and wisdom when to be open handed as needs are all over the place! Thanks for all your prayers and friendship.

hey guys!!! miss you all sooo much.. but i am sooo excited about the whole blog thing cause i am always excited about reading your new posts. The weird things about different places in the country is just that... when i was in mexioc we would drive past housese that were just in shambles!!! But then you drove alittle farther and the neighbor hood was crazily rich... like it doesnt even make sense.. and alot of those people dont even care or feel guily about all the money they have and all the money the others dont have!
