Deflated
We cannot return to the Philippines on Feb 3 after all, as Manitoba health requires us to be in the country for 6 months of the year. This means we will be in Canada until March 15. Hannah also still has fluid around her heart and we have some follow up appointments in Calgary. We got Nasira's birth certificate application back as they needed extra documentation concerning an unattended birth. So many loose ends around here. Just when we think the timing is all set and we are getting excited to return, we are back to waiting. Thanks so much for all your prayers and support for us. Merry Christmas!!

Hey guys, hope that Christmas time with your new family was great. We're praying for peace and health for all you! I hope time spent here (albeit longer then you'd hoped) will be a time where you can gather much rest, resources and energy for the next chapter that God has in store for you.

I'm sorry things feel so unsettled at the moment. Fortunately, God REALLY loves your family and takes good care of you all. Maybe someday this timing will all make sense. Or maybe not, and we'll just have to trust Him anyway! And keep us posted on little Hannah... lots of people in Winnipeg are praying for her!
