Manuela and Alice,
What can we say but a big hug thank you!!  Our lives are changed forever because of this encounter with the Father you all so graciously shared.  Our Father's Heart A School was so life changing that we keep saying to one another that we feel like we've been reborn.

The last day of classes was our 11th wedding anniversary.  We didn't necessarily plan to be away together for our anniversary, but the trip to Penang, Malaysia happened to be at the same time....We had a wonderful night out for our 11th anniversary at a very beautiful garden restaurant and walked through the market afterward.  Actually, the whole time we were away felt like a celebration of our love and life together.  We haven't been away together (for more than a day or so) since we had our first born, almost 10 years ago.  It was a bit of an adventure.  We flew into Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia and the adventure began as we took a bus to the train to another bus....it was a very long day but very fun.  We just kept thinking that we needed to get out and explore this country we had never been before and try some food.....
Long story short, the food was amazing, the friends were like family and the time together was enriching.  We feel so blessed, once again, to have each other and to look ahead to the future with excitement!

Hello lovely people,
We just read your blog and are so thankful that we could be apart of your experience in becoming more aware of His love and heart for you.....it is amazing, isn't it? We have thought of you often since you left....wondering how you are integrating your "reborn" life into the everyday in the Philippines....

Your time of celebrating your love together has also been a witness to us of how couples can really be "one" and friends and in harmony....you really do have a love that is noticeable because it isn't often seen. We love you both and feel privileged to have had our time together....hope to see you soon again....with the other little ones in tow... :)
