We had a special day yesterday to celebrate Hannah’s life,
as it has now been 3 years to this day, November 17, 2012, since her open,
heart surgery. What a wonderful
blessing to us she is!! Each night
as we tuck her into bed, it isn’t difficult to pause to pray and thank Father
for the health she has and for the healing she has received.
To celebrate, we took our family and the Delleskey family to TreeTop
Adventure for the day then had a picnic in the rainforest followed by our visit
to Georgie our old monkey. Hannah was excited to receive her first guitar. We had
a wonderful time as the kids tested out their bravery and fear of heights. Nasira was so upset that she could not
do the rides as she was under the height restriction. She insisted that she would not be too scared to do the
rides, which I am sure is true!
